Refund/Return Policy

This policy is applicable for not more than three calendar days from the date of purchasing. 

Criteria to qualify for refund

-Miah Beauty Supplies is not able to ship for any reason to the selected city/ location within 48 hours. 

-Order is canceled before it has been shipped.

General considerations

In general, cosmetic products can neither be returned nor exchanged, once sold. Apart from the above mentioned, only in very rare circumstances and subject to management approval, we will be able to consider an exchange, subject to availability. 
- To be eligible for exchange noted that your item must be same condition that you received.
- For any extra cost of shipment, the customer will have to bear and this will be payable on or before delivery. 

Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
